Repairs + Maintenance
North Bay Community Foundation helps restore safe conditions to homes that have limited disposable income to invest in repairs and maintenance. Free repairs are based on the needs of the home and are available to individuals that meet our eligibility requirements
Rebuilding
Along with small scale repairs and maintenance, we aim to fund larger renovation projects for homes and individuals that need assistance when a repair just doesn’t cut it anymore. Examples include re-roofs, foundation, whole house painting, and flooring.
Volunteer
By investing your time and resources, you can contribute to meaningful, visible, change in the communities where you live and work. We are always looking for passionate volunteers to help with repairs or with our rebuilding projects where necessary.
